History

This stud was originally founded in 1968 with several foundation mares and the stallion Coed Coch Nestor, later joined by the illustrious Cusop Hoity Toity. Most of the present bloodlines go back to the foundation mare Weston Erica bought at the Fayre Oaks Sales, in foal to Brockwell Chipmunk. This has proved such a successful line that Cnapaton Chipmunk was bought in 1995 to retain the crossing out with the Hoity Toity grand daughters, with a splash of Chirk Caradoc blood. As a result we now have up to height broodmares producing saddle ponies with bone and movement many of whom are a full 13.2hh. Symondsbury Emperor was purchased in June '05 to replace Chipmunk and introduce some new colour to the stud. In 2012 Emperor has been gelded with the last two foals born in 2012. All brood mares are sold with the exception of B.Dabchick who will live out her retirement with Emperor. At present the are all running together with a handful of youngsters who are all for sale.
